Construction helper

Caspian Drywall Inc. ( Winnipeg, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Construction helper. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• The candidate must mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately.
• The candidate must assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must direct traffic at or near construction sites.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
