Construction electrician helper

J-Man Electric in Winnipeg, MB is inviting applications for the position of Construction electrician helper. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• The candidate must mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately.
• The candidate must assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• The candidate must level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
• The candidate must assist in demolishing buildings.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must direct traffic at or near construction sites.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
