Foggy Mountain Farms Ltd in Mountain Road, MB is inviting applications for the position of Farm supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Overtime required, Day, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
• The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
