Concrete finisher

TRIUMPH ROOFING & SHEET METAL INC. ( North York, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Concrete finisher. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Early morning.

Job Description

• The candidate must fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement.
• The candidate must operate power vibrators to compact concrete.
• The candidate must level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
• The candidate must work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
• The candidate must impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• The candidate must apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
• The candidate must waterproof, damp-proof, and restore surfaces.
• The candidate must repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
• The candidate must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• The candidate must apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
