NCRI in Mississauga, ON is seeking a self-motivated Computer network technician. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstations, and peripheral equipment.
• The candidate must troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software.
• The candidate must evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
• The candidate must provide problem-solving services to network users.
• The candidate must perform routine network start-up and close-down and maintain control records.
• The candidate must perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• The candidate must implement network traffic and security monitoring software and optimize server performance.
• The candidate must research and apply metadata to Websites and register Websites with search engines.
• The candidate must perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
