New Malwa Express Inc. ( Mississauga, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Truck driver-supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve work methods.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes.
• The candidate must monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.
• The candidate must co-ordinate repairs and rentals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
