Computer field service technician

Sertek informatique inc. ( Rouyn-Noranda, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Computer field service technician. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must inspect products to determine the requirements for repair.
• The candidate must inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies.
• The candidate must repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.
• The candidate must diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults.
• The candidate must adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies.
• The candidate must complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
