CNC (computer numerical control) Mastercam programmer

Amino North America in St. Thomas, ON is seeking a self-motivated CNC (computer numerical control) Mastercam programmer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Morning.

Job Description

• The candidate must carry out work studies.
• The candidate must develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs.
• The candidate must inspect processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• The candidate must set machine or equipment controls.
• The candidate must conduct work measurement or other studies.
• The candidate must develop computer applications for machines and processes.
• The candidate must collect and compile operational or experimental data.
• The candidate must collect and analyze data and samples.
• The candidate must develop manufacturing and processing procedures.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must program CNC machine tools.
• The candidate must set up and operate drills and drilling machines to produce a designated pattern of blasting holes.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in manufacturing industry to operate machinery, assemble products, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
