Client service supervisor

Quick Truck Lube & Oil Ltd is situated in Ayr, ON and is hiring a Client service supervisor to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must examine and verify the accuracy of work.
• The candidate must identify workers’ training needs.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
