Customer service clerk

Tinlids Inc. is situated in North York, ON and is hiring a Customer service clerk to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment. Shift timings include: , 09:00 to 17:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must answer written and oral inquiries.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must perform order picking.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate should work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution center handling products from manufacturers or wholesalers, organizing them, and shipping them to their final destinations as quickly as possible.
• The candidate must work in the arts and culture sector, supporting creative programs, cultural initiatives, and community engagement activities.
