Greenfoot Energy Centre ( Bedford, NS) is currently looking for a skilled Cleaner. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time employment. Required shifts: Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, , 15:00 to 23:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must clean and disinfect elevators.
• The candidate must handle and report lost and found items accurately.
• The candidate must attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• The candidate must provide basic information on facilities.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must clean changing rooms and showers.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must operate cleaning machines safely and efficiently.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
