Gorilla Property Services Victoria in Sooke, BC is inviting applications for the position of Cleaner, building exteriors. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate cleaning machines safely and efficiently.
• The candidate must clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces.
• The candidate must clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment.
• The candidate must wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
