Surecare Cleaning Services Ltd. in New Westminster, BC is inviting applications for the position of Specialized cleaner. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate cleaning machines safely and efficiently.
• The candidate must clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces.
• The candidate must wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces.
• The candidate must vacuum floors.
• The candidate must wax and polish floors.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in dirty environments.
