Class 3 truck driver

Avenir Energy Ltd is situated in Fort McMurray, AB and is hiring a Class 3 truck driver to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must load and unload goods efficiently.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.
• The candidate must transport and handle dangerous goods.
• The candidate must ensure appropriate business/commercial licences are in place.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work from a remote location, performing their duties from a site other than the employer’s central office while maintaining productivity and communication.
• The candidate should work in a room, and board provided dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and well-being where our staff members thrive.
• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
