Now hiring: Chinese medicine practitioner at Bonalife Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Clinic in Burnaby, BC. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Day, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must diagnose patient illnesses and minor injuries such as allergies and muscle strains or sprains.
• The candidate must treat patients by administering small doses of remedies derived from natural substances, in chemical or herbal form, or by recommending appropriate lifestyle changes.
• The candidate must treat diseases, physiological disorders, and injuries of patients.
• The candidate must advise patients on herbal treatments.
• The candidate must manipulate or apply pressure to various parts of the body, hands, and feet.
• The candidate must provide alternative forms of health care to patients.
• The candidate must treat patients using acupuncture needles or stimulation techniques.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
