mrakovic meat and deli inc. is situated in Etobicoke, ON and is hiring a Butcher - retail or wholesale to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
• The candidate must cut carcasses, sides, and quarters of meat.
• The candidate must prepare special cuts of meat as ordered by customers.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must remove bones from meat.
• The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
• The candidate must grind meats.
• The candidate must train meat cutters.
• The candidate must slice cooked meats.
• The candidate must prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
• The candidate must shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
