Nicli Pizzeria is situated in Vancouver, BC and is hiring a Food and beverage processing supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate's relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee's relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company's offices or other work locations as required.
• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate should work in bakery retail or commercial bakeries (manufacturing facilities), grocery or wholesale club stores, and restaurants.
