Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop in Vernon, BC is seeking a self-motivated Barber shop manager. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must oversee company operations.
• The candidate must establish and implement operational policies and procedures.
• The candidate must enforce policies and procedures.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must make decisions on tests and procedures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio, performing hair care services in a well-organized environment and maintaining tools and equipment properly to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
