SHARMA SWEETS & RESTAURANT ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Baker. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must prepare special orders.
• The candidate must draw up production schedules.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• The candidate must operate machinery.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
