Langford Aluminum Railings Ltd in Langford, BC is inviting applications for the position of Railings installer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: , 08:00 to 16:30.

Job Description

• The candidate must repair and service exterior prefabricated products.
• The candidate must measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
• The candidate must utilize hand and power tools.
• The candidate must perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.
• The candidate must move tools, equipment, and other materials.
• The candidate must maintain equipment and instruments.
• The candidate must assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints.
• The candidate must follow emergency and safety procedures.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must ensure safety procedures are followed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.
