Automotive service technician

Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. ( Regina, SK) is currently looking for a skilled Automotive service technician. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must inspect mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
• The candidate must review work orders.
• The candidate must road test motor vehicles.
• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
• The candidate must test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications.
• The candidate must estimate parts and labour costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• The candidate must perform scheduled maintenance service.
• The candidate must advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
• The candidate must complete reports to record problems and work performed.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a Registered Apprenticeship certificate.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
