Prestige Auto Collision is situated in Kitchener, ON and is hiring a Automotive body painter to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must inspect repaired vehicles.
• The candidate must plan repair work to be performed.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must clean and maintain workspaces.
• The candidate must file, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
• The candidate must mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.
• The candidate must hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers.
• The candidate must apply primers and repaint surfaces.
• The candidate must mix paint and blend and match colours.
• The candidate must operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
