Painter

AJT Painting & Renovations Ltd. ( Edmonton, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Painter. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting.
• The candidate must repair cracks and holes in walls, floors, or surfaces.
• The candidate must mix paint to achieve the desired colour and texture.
• The candidate must advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings.
• The candidate must apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
