Automobile cleaning supervisor

Bashir's Auto Centre ( North Vancouver, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Automobile cleaning supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train cleaning staff or arrange appropriate training programs.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• The candidate must receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a cleaning service company to create a clean and hygienic environment.
