Lubrication technician - automotive service and repair

Hennywales Tires & Automotive Inc. in Scotsburn, NS is inviting applications for the position of Lubrication technician - automotive service and repair. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids.
• The candidate must assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed.
• The candidate must change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
• The candidate must grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment.
• The candidate must install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers or radiators.
• The candidate must provide on-site services.
• The candidate must repair and balance tires.
• The candidate must replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
