Auto body repairer

FIX AUTO LAVAL EST in Laval, QC is seeking a self-motivated Auto body repairer. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean and maintain workspaces.
• The candidate must file, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
• The candidate must mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.
• The candidate must hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers.
• The candidate must remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
• The candidate must repair or replace interior components.
• The candidate must repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
• The candidate must operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
