Audiologist

HearCANADA in Medicine Hat, AB is inviting applications for the position of Audiologist. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must conduct audiometric tests and examinations.
• The candidate must follow up with patients to ensure assigned remedial programs are correctly followed and completed.
• The candidate must provide advice and educational services to patients and families regarding communication and swallowing disorders.
• The candidate must diagnose the degree and type of hearing impairment.
• The candidate will be responsible for establishing personalized care plans while working collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• The candidate must plan and implement habilitation/rehabilitation programs.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.
