Attendant, food service counter

St. John's Sports & Entertainment Ltd. ( St. John's, NL) is currently looking for a skilled Attendant, food service counter. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Casual employment - Part time position. Shift timings include: Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
