ARBY'S in Calgary, AB is inviting applications for the position of Assistant manager, restaurant. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
