Assembler, wood products

Structures Première inc. in Val-d'Or, QC is seeking a self-motivated Assembler, wood products. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Day, Overtime available, , 07:30 to 16:00 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assemble door panels, trusses, or modular components to make prefabricated housing.
• The candidate must read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings.
• The candidate must pack items for shipping and distribution.
• The candidate must inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards.
• The candidate must mark defective parts or products for repair.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
