streamlinearchitects Ltd. in Whitehorse, YT is seeking a self-motivated Architectural design technician. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must create three-dimensional (3-D) models using computer-aided design (CAD).
• The candidate must create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings using computer-aided design (CAD).
• The candidate must prepare proposals.
• The candidate must analyze technical documents and reports.
• The candidate must tender contracts.
• The candidate must assist in supervising construction projects.
• The candidate must prepare working drawings.
• The candidate must write specifications.
• The candidate must monitor and inspect work.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must construct architectural and display models.
• The candidate must assist in design development.
• The candidate must prepare presentation graphics and drawings.
• The candidate must be knowledgeable in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
