Job Description
- The candidate must implement operational procedures to prevent infection in special situations and outbreaks.
- The candidate must plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
- The candidate must co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas.
- The candidate must supervise staff.
- The candidate must ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
- The candidate must supervise maintenance and repair services.
- The candidate must coordinate maintenance and repair services.
- The candidate must conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
- The candidate must maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- The candidate must supervise in-house laundry services.
- The candidate must co-ordinate in-house laundry services.
- The candidate must schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff.
- The candidate must ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out.
- The candidate must respond to complaints of guests.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in French.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- Equivalent experience is acceptable.
