RAMA RIDGE ESTATE WINERY LTD. ( Oliver, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Agriculture foreman/woman. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Term or contractFull time. Required shifts: To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work from a remote location, performing their duties from a site other than the employer’s central office while maintaining productivity and communication.
