Job Description

  • The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
  • The candidate must answer electronic enquiries.
  • The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
