Mainland Automotive Collision ( Vancouver, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Administrative assistant. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: , 09:00 to 17:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must answer electronic enquiries.
• The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
