Job Description
- The candidate must arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and similar events.
- The candidate must establish and implement operational policies and procedures.
- The candidate must record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- The candidate must determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
- The candidate must answer electronic enquiries.
- The candidate must compile data, statistics, and other information.
- The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- The candidate must arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- The candidate must set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
- The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
Job Requirements
