Job Description

The candidate must supervise staff.
The candidate must make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
The candidate must underwrite new issues of stocks and bonds.
The candidate must prepare offering prospectuses for new stock and bond issues.
The candidate will be responsible for administering estate, personal, charitable, corporate, and other trust accounts, directing trust investments, recording investment income, and disbursing trust funds in accordance with applicable regulations and trust agreements.
The candidate must assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
