Swiss Watch Material & Tools Ltd is situated in Richmond Hill, ON and is hiring a Watchmaker to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean parts using specialized cleaning solutions and ultrasonic or mechanical cleaning equipment.
• The candidate must perform repairs and adjustments on watches and clocks.
• The candidate must test, adjust and regulate timepiece movements.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be able to distinguish between colours.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• The candidate should be willing to work for long hours in sitting positions.

Work Setting

• The candidate's relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee's relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company's offices or other work locations as required.
• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
