canada west Warehousing Ltd. ( Port Coquitlam, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Warehouse supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train workers in duties and policies.
• The candidate must arrange training for staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
