Vineyard worker

Casa Dea Winery in Wellington, ON is seeking a self-motivated Vineyard worker. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate must work from a remote location, performing their duties from a site other than the employer’s central office while maintaining productivity and communication.
