Shan Construction Services Ltd in Edmonton, AB is seeking a self-motivated Truck driver-supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Day, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a supervisory role to oversee teams, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• The candidate must work in dispatching to coordinate vehicle or personnel movements, manage schedules, and ensure timely and efficient operations.
• The candidate must work in traffic controlling to manage vehicle flow, ensure safety, and coordinate traffic operations.
