Delivery driver

V HAWK TRUCKING in Langley, BC is inviting applications for the position of Delivery driver. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver items and products.
• The candidate must load and unload goods efficiently.
• The candidate must use maps and other trip planning aids.
• The candidate must record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
