PRO1 TRUCK REPAIR AND TIRES INC. in Acton, ON is inviting applications for the position of Truck and transport mechanic. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
• The candidate must inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions.
• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems.
• The candidate must repair or replace mechanical units or components.
• The candidate must perform scheduled maintenance service.
• The candidate must complete reports to record problems and work performed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
