Thermoforming operator

Les Produits Plastitel Inc. in Laval, QC is seeking a self-motivated Thermoforming operator. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment.
• The candidate must monitor and inspect quality of produced materials.
• The candidate must set up and operate one or more moulding machines to produce plastic products.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
• The candidate must recommend corrective or enforcement action.
• The candidate must assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
• The candidate must set machine or equipment controls.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve work methods.
• The candidate must inspect processes to ensure quality and compliance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be accurate.
