PRET A MANGER LEE N KIM ( Montréal, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Sushi chef. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff.
• The candidate must instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
• The candidate must prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
• The candidate must prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
