Dominion Security Services is situated in London, ON and is hiring a Supervisor, security guards to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must be the point of contact to handle emergency situations.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must patrol assigned areas.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
• The candidate must manage incidents.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
