CAAB Tech is situated in Saint-Eustache, QC and is hiring a Supervisor, electronics manufacturing to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
• The candidate must set up machines and equipment.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be dependable.
