Summa Architectural & Structural Metal Inc. in Terrebonne, QC is seeking a self-motivated Structural steel draftsperson. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and prepare design sketches.
• The candidate must prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and tenders.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must complete documentation packages and drawing sets.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
