Fivebutchers Meat is situated in Langley, BC and is hiring a Store manager - retail to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must oversee payroll administration.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
