Pioneer Cannabis is situated in Millgrove, AB and is hiring a Store manager - retail to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
