Hawkstone G & B Fuels ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Store manager - retail. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Night, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• The candidate must be goal-oriented.
• The candidate must maintain a positive attitude.
• The candidate must be proactive.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
